Child Safety & CSAE Standards

This page sets out Apnakul’s publicly published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It is intended to meet store and regulatory expectations for an externally accessible statement of our rules, enforcement, and reporting channels.

1. Zero tolerance

Apnakul has a zero-tolerance policy for CSAE and CSAM. We do not allow any content, conduct, solicitation, grooming, trafficking, or facilitation involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and referral to competent authorities where appropriate.

2. Age suitability

Apnakul is a community membership platform for adults. Registration and profile flows are designed for users who are 18 years of age or older (including date-of-birth checks that require an adult age). The Services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law. If you believe a minor’s data or a CSAE-related issue exists on the platform, report it using the channels below so we can take prompt action.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

Without limitation, the following are strictly prohibited on Apnakul:

Broader community rules (harassment, illegal content, fraud, and misuse of contact details) are also described in our Terms and Conditions.

4. Moderation, removal, and account action

We review reports and may use a combination of user reports, administrative review, and platform tooling to detect and address violations. Where we find CSAE/CSAM or credible risk to a child, we may:

Enforcement decisions are made to protect children and community safety. We may act without prior notice where urgency or legal risk requires it.

5. How to report CSAE or related abuse

If you encounter CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or related child-safety concerns on Apnakul, report them as soon as possible. Do not redistribute suspected CSAM when reporting — describe the issue, share URLs/profile IDs/screenshots that do not further circulate illegal material, and provide enough context for us to locate the content.

Email (preferred for CSAE reports):

In-app:

Please include: what you saw, where (profile, listing, message, URL), approximate time, and any user identifiers. We aim to review child-safety reports promptly.

6. Cooperation with law enforcement

Apnakul is committed to cooperating with lawful requests from law enforcement and other competent authorities in connection with CSAE/CSAM investigations, consistent with applicable law and due process. We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of a child or others.
